Think Bigger is an independent educational media project created in 2025 and hosted by Ryan Fulks and Vince. Through videos on science, history, technology, psychology, and culture, our team of filmmakers, writers, and independent journalists makes complex ideas interesting, accessible, and entertaining across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

My role
Co-host, animator & short-form creatorThe long-form videos are a genuine collaboration. My own shorts I make end to end, one a week, start to finish.
The long-form videos are made by a small team, each of us owning a part of it. I co-host on camera and work across the production: shaping structure alongside Jennifer's scripts, building the motion design and explainer animation, and contributing through the edit. Collaboration is the point: the videos are better for not being one person's.
Vince and I each publish a short every week, and mine are entirely my own: I write, shoot, cut, animate, and publish them. That's where I've learned the most about retention. A short has seconds to earn attention, and nothing about the structure is hidden from you.
They're the clearest demonstration of what I do on my own: writing, editing, animation, and design in one pass, with the performance data to show whether the decisions were right.
